About Dr Heuft
His approach.
Dr Tobias Heuft is a specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery. His clinical focus includes body contouring, the treatment of lipoedema and aesthetic procedures for the body and face.

His time at Dreifaltigkeits-Krankenhaus Wesseling was particularly formative. He completed an important part of his specialist training in its internationally oriented department, which had a particular focus on body contouring and facial surgery. He later served there as a senior physician and as deputy lead for aesthetic procedures.
Dr Heuft then joined Johanniter-Kliniken Bonn as a senior physician, where he continued to develop his focus on body contouring and the surgical treatment of lipoedema.
During this period, the Bonn department was one of the plastic surgery study centres participating in the LIPLEG study. Dr Heuft was one of the surgeons involved in the world's first randomised controlled trial of liposuction for lipoedema. The study has made an important contribution to the scientific evaluation of this treatment.
At Franziskus Krankenhaus Linz, Dr Heuft heads Plastic Surgery. In this role, he combines many years of surgical experience with high standards of medical care and consultations based on mutual respect.

Beyond surgery.
Dr Heuft has had a special connection with Spain since his student days. Outside surgery, he finds balance through kitesurfing and wingfoiling.
